Musspell will launch their new EP, “The Helpless Prisoner”, on the 11th of April in the Small Concert Hall of the Palace of Culture. The EP introduces an electronic, dark and dreamy world which will be complemented by light design and visuals made by Wurk Ikona.

RO: Proiectul muzical Musspell are un stil melancolic, dark, dream pop cu motive nordice. Lumea lor se caracterizează prin împletirea soliștilor vocali feminini, uneori cântând împreună, alteori accentuându-se reciproc. Își realizează conceptul muzical cu ajutorul instrumentelor electronice, unde timbrele de sintetizator însoțesc chitara, clapele și tobele live. Trupa a apărut la festivaluri și showcase-uri europene de prestigiu, precum Glastonbury, Reeperbahn, Focus Wales, Fifty Lab, Electric Castle, Volt, Exit și Eurosonic.
HU: Musspell harmóniavilága melankolikus, dark, dream pop stílusú, melyben fellelhetőek északi motívumok. Világuk jellegzetessége, hogy a női vokálszólamok összefonódva hol együtt zengve, hol egymást kihangsúlyozva érvényesülnek. Elektronikus hangszereléssel valósítják meg zenei koncepciójukat melyben a gitár-, keyboard- és live dobszólamot kiegészítő synth hangszínek kísérnek. ENG: Is a visual artist with a background in photography, structural, multimedia, and light design. By focusing on emerging compositions through spatial and optical studies, I aim to create immersive spaces where spectatorship and participation must be renegotiated.
RO: Este un artist vizual cu experiență în fotografie, design structural, multimedia și de iluminat. Concentrându-se pe compoziții prin studii spațiale și optice, el caută să creeze spații imersive în care rolul spectatorului și participarea sunt reimaginate.
HU: Egy olyan képzőművész, aki fényképezésben, szerkezeti, multimédiás és fénytervezésben szerzett tapasztalatot. Térbeli és optikai tanulmányokon keresztül kialakuló kompozíciókra összpontosítva arra törekszik, hogy olyan magával ragadó tereket hozzon létre, ahol a nézői szerep és a részvétel újragondolásra kerül.
